Your expertise and product knowledge will play a vital role in helping customers resolve parts or equipment issues and ensuring they receive high quality solutions quickly and accurately. This hybrid position combines both Customer Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate responsibilities.This is a fully on site role (5 days per week).________________________________________What You Will Dou2022 Provide customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.u2022 Partner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products.u2022 Utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.u2022 Use Salesforce as needed (experience is helpful but not required).u2022 Process customer orders and handle inquiries, questions, or concerns related to Parts and Supply offerings.u2022 Maintain up to date knowledge of Trane products, promotions, and offerings to deliver a premier customer experience.u2022 Interact with customers both in person and over the phone.u2022 Execute quote and order management processes with accuracy, including entering quotes, invoices, and monitoring fulfillment.u2022 Stock, organize, and maintain product inventory to support smooth showroom and warehouse operations.u2022 Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.u2022 Support warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping/receiving.u2022 Lift up to 50 lbs as required.u2022 Work overtime or weekends as business needs dictate.
