First Shift Assemblers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join their dynamic team. As an Assemblers, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Assemblers Location: Irwin, PA Pay Range: $18/hr Shift:6am to 3pm Monday to Thursday and 4hr day on Friday What's the Job? Assemble finished products using various tools with strong attention to detail Meet daily production standards and operational metrics Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports Conduct visual inspections of assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy Label products and perform initial packaging to prepare items for shipping What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience Working knowledge of hand tools Proficient in basic math skills Ability to effectively read, interpret, and follow instructions What's in it for me?
