At least 18 years old Experience in childcare preferred — or a strong passion for early childhood education Ability to meet state licensing and health requirements Caregiving Skills That Shine Strong awareness and judgment to keep children safe Ability to meet daily care needs (feeding, diapering, dressing, etc.) Positive role model for communication and social skills Energy and creativity to keep children engaged and learning Patience, professionalism, and a calm, caring presence Physical RequirementsThis is an active role!
