Inizio Engage has partnered with Nordic Pharma, dedicated to bringing innovative products and effective solutions to physicians and patients in the Ophthalmology space.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead, coach, and develop a team of Lacrifill Key Account Managers. This role is responsible for driving regional sales performance, building team capability, and ensuring consistent disciplined execution of strategic and compliant customer engagement.This is your opportunity to join Inizio Engage and represent Nordic!What’s in it for you?Competitive compensationMedical, dental, vision, 401(k), life & disability insurancePaid time off, maternity and paternity leaveEmployee discounts & exclusive promotionsRecognition programs, contests, and company-wide awardsExceptional, collaborative cultureBest Places to Work in BioPharma (2022, 2023, & 2025)Certified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)What will you be doing?Drive regional sales performance by leading a team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales and activity targetsTranslate national brand strategy into effective regional and territory-level executionMonitor performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying gaps and implementing action plansConduct and document regular field rides to coach representatives on sales execution, clinical messaging, and account strategyDevelop individual performance plans to elevate selling skills, product knowledge, and business acumenProvide ongoing coaching and performance management to direct reports, holding them accountable to expectationsGuide representatives in developing and executing strategic territory business plansEnsure effective targeting, call planning, and stakeholder engagement across HCP offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmaciesReinforce advanced selling skills including needs discovery, insight generation, and customized customer engagementEnsure team demonstrates deep understanding of product, disease state, and market access landscapeEnsure compliant delivery of approved messaging aligned to regulatory and company guidelinesUtilize CRM and reporting tools to track activity, analyze performance, and drive data-based decisionsEnsure timely and accurate completion of administrative responsibilities across the teamCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders, client partners, and senior leadershipRecruit, onboard, and develop top sales talentFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat do you need for this position?Bachelor’s degree required5+ years of Medical Device or healthcare sales experience with a track record of high performance2+ years of field sales leadership experience preferredOphthalmology or eye care experience strongly preferredProven ability to coach and develop sales representatives to achieve resultsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), sales reporting tools, and Microsoft OfficeA valid driver’s license and safe driving recordAbility to travel within assigned regionAbout Inizio EngageInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
