'We put the unity in opportunity.'Opportunity Snapshot:Compensation: $48/hourLocation: Spring, TXWork Schedule: 14/14 rotation, rotating day and nightAssignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays, Company vehicleExperience with SCADA and Water Operation is required!Monitor water treatment plants, Salt Water Disposal and distribution networks via SCADATrack flow rates, pressure levels, and reservoir levels.Adjust pumps, and inlets, remotely to maintain optimal performanceCommunicate with field operators for maintenance repairs, and emergency responseDispatch I&E Techs, Electrical Crews, Field Personnel for on-site troubleshooting when remote resolution is not possibleRecord operational data, incidents, and maintenance activities in logs and reportsGenerate daily, weekly, monthly performance reportsEnsure operations comply with regulatory standards for water quality and safetyFollow emergency protocols during system failures or contamination eventsParticipate in training and system upgradesSuggest process improvements for efficiency and reliabilityUnderstanding of water treatment processes, distribution systemsFamiliarity with SCADA systems for remote monitoring and control.Proficiency in SCADA, and data logging softwareBasic electrical and mechanical knowledge related to pumps, valves, and instrumentationAbility to interpret system alarms and troubleshoot remotelyCompetence in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentationAbility to analyze operational data and identify trends or anomaliesQuick decision-making under pressure during system failures or emergenciesClear verbal and written communication for coordination with field operatorsAbility to document incidenta and operational changes accuratelyHigh School diploma or GED requiredThe Bergaila Way:The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
