As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioralassessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measuresDevelops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programsDesigns behavior support plans based on functional assessment dataEnsures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for thecontinual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectivesTrains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and centerConducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed planCompletes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelinesParticipates in regular clinical meetingsAgrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.Completes documentation of services in a timely mannerQualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTsRemains current regarding research and evidence-based practicesCompletes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelinesCompetently delivers services via telehealth, when necessaryMaintains accurate and up to date “CAQH” profile and NPICollaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educatorsCompletes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timelineCompletes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s “The Professional andEthical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts”.Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.Must be licensed as a BCBA.At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
