Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as a critical operational and analytical partner to the recruiting organization in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle, going beyond scheduling and logistics to include ATS optimization, data integrity, reporting, compliance support, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The coordinator works closely with recruiters, sources, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes.Support end-to-end requisition administration, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview logistics, and invoice processingCoordinate high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and time zones (virtual, phone, onsite)Manage candidate travel, accommodations, and expense tracking/reimbursementsPrepare and distribute interview schedules, guides, and candidate materialsFacilitate post-interview debriefs, collect feedback, and ensure timely candidate dispositioningServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring processProvide proactive communication and status updatesHost and greet candidates during onsite interviews as neededMaintain accurate and compliant candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)Post roles internally and externally and configure screening questionsTrack offers, interview documentation, and hiring approvalsEnsure recruiting processes comply with employment laws, data privacy standards, and company policiesGenerate and maintain recruiting reports related to pipeline health, productivity, and hiring outcomesAudit ATS and HR system data for accuracy and completeness; identify and resolve discrepanciesUtilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts) to analyze recruiting dataPartner with HR Analytics/HRIS teams on dashboards and reporting initiativesSupport pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and reference checksAssist with onboarding coordination and new hire readiness with HR, IT, and PayrollProvide support for recruiting events, career fairs, and university recruiting initiativesAssist Recruiting Operations or University Relations teams during peak hiring periods3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support in a corporate environment required.High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors Degree highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Workday)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholdersExperience with recruiting analytics, reporting, or workforce dataExperience supporting corporate, professional, or campus recruiting programsFamiliarity with compliance, audits, or regulated environmentsExperience supporting hybrid or geographically distributed teams.Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
