Join us.TheGlobalMerchant,GTMProductOperations- Sportswearplays a key role in driving operational excellence and seasonal readiness across the Global Sportswear Merchandising organization. This role supports the end-to-end product lifecycle fromStrategic Alignmentto market launch,ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless cross-functional alignment.As a subject-matter expert in systems and processes, theOperations Merchantpartners closely with Merchandising, Design, Development,andPlanningtomaintaindata integrity, streamline workflows, and enable informed decision-making through tools and reporting.This is a highly visible position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turningprocess into performance.Key Responsibilities:Seasonal OperationsLead and manage seasonalGTM calendarfrom strategic alignment throughproductlaunch, partneringwithcross functionalleadsto ensure execution and continuous process improvements.SupportProductLaunch preparation, including system setup,andcross-functional communicationof key merchandising strategies.Ensure accuratestylemanagement, including consistent style numbers, classification and product attributes season over season.Championassortment managementand GTMtools(centric, SAP, excel, PIM) supporting set up, maintenance, training, and best practices across merchandising.Systems & Data IntegrityChampionanddeplyAI toolsto enhance work efficiency andoptimizedata management.Ensure alignment and accuracy ofPLMvalidating style numbers,attributesand classifications across all phases of the product lifecycle.Own and oversee allmerchandising tools and templatesensuring theyremainaccurate, functional, and up to date.Serve as first line of troubleshooting when a toolbreaks,a formula fails, datadoesn’tsyncorflow correctly, partnering with IT or Director of merch as needed.Drivedata governance and standardization,reducingerrorratesandimprovingtool usability andGTM.Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with global and regionalMerchandising, Planning,Design, and Developmentteam to ensure alignment on timelines and key product deliverables.Supportprocess improvement initiatives, including tool rollouts, GTMenhancements, and data attribute rationalizationacross Merchandising.Special ProjectsOwn and lead the SMU workflowacross regions,ensuring requests are captured, vetted, prioritized, and executed within seasonal deadlines.This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or a related discipline and 3+ years of experience in merchandising, product operations, or retail planning (sporting goods or apparel industry preferred).Strong understanding ofproduct lifecycle managementand go-to-market processes.Proficient in Excel, PLM systems, and digital reporting tools; comfortable managing large data sets.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Collaborative communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive problem-solver who thrives on driving clarity and structure across complex workflows.What We’ll ProvideA reasonable estimate of the pay range is $95,000 - $120,000at the time of this posting.
