Servicing Operations Specialist I

The Servicing Operations Specialist I is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team.The Servicing Operations Specialist I role is an entry level role into the Special Services team and will be hired with a specific focus on Loan Boarding or MERS as well as other needs that arise. Review and work daily exception reports Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of loan portfolio Update the Subservicer’s systems as neededHelp Internal Departments with identifying the root cause of errorsEffective communication with a wide variety of internal parties to resolve loan level issuesRespond to email requests from AE’s and Brokers on behalf of borrowersWork tasks that require loan level updatingOther duties as assignedMust-Have Qualifications:1-2 years of Servicing experience or equivalent knowledgeGreat analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with MS ExcelExperience with MSP (Black Knight)High School DiplomaNice-to-Have Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeFamiliar with I Assist, FHA Connection, Valeri, and Docutech, Edge, EaseKnowledge of loan boarding and/or MERS processingReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
