Description We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our human resources technology systems and ensure seamless HR operations in our non-profit organization. Based in East County, California, this role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing HR systems, and aligning policies with organizational values. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and technical expertise to manage HR systems, improve workflows, and enhance employee experiences. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and maintain HR standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent operations across departments. u2022 Streamline the employee lifecycle by designing efficient processes for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding. u2022 Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR systems to meet organizational needs. u2022 Establish and manage compensation frameworks, benefits strategies, and total rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness. u2022 Evaluate and implement automated solutions to improve HR workflows and reduce administrative burdens. u2022 Lead HR system implementations and rollouts, ensuring seamless integration and high adoption rates. u2022 Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Legal, to ensure HR data flows efficiently. u2022 Manage compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations and leave administration. u2022 Oversee payroll processing, benefits negotiations, and open enrollment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Create and maintain employee handbooks and codes of conduct that reflect organizational values and legal requirements. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management and HR operations. u2022 Proven expertise in HR system implementation, optimization, and analysis. u2022 Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, such as UltiPro and Paycom. u2022 Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards. u2022 Ability to design and execute HR workflows and processes that enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Skilled in managing payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. u2022 Experience in developing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
