Quality Process Technician (PSP3)

Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Quality / Process Technician to support installation-site inspection and rework activity. This individual will perform inspections using CAPA-guided criteria, document findings, execute rework based on direction from the Quality Engineer, and support return material authorization (RMA) workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, quality-driven field environment. Ability to follow technical procedures and complete detailed documentation.
