About the Role: This role is responsible for providing generaladministrative support to a team of sales professionals specializing inIndustrial Real Estate, including helping the team with business planobjectives. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and communicationmaterials and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketinginformation. Team Description: You will be supporting a team of 3 sales professionals whosefocus is the leasingand sales of industrial properties throughout VenturaCounty. The team iscomprised of a Senior Vice President with 40 yearsu2019experience, a First VicePresident with 11 yearsu2019 experience, and an Associatewith 4 yearsu2019 experience. Location: -2761 Park View Ct, Oxnard, CA 93036 What youu2019ll do: + The role involves preparing marketing materials,listing agreements, supporting sales strategies, and maintaining communicationwith clients. + Capture documentation to complete voucher formsand process Brokers commission payments. + Assist in the strategy and creation of marketingparticular properties. + Serve as a point of contact for the sales teamfor information requests. + Source properties and/or clients by researchinglocal and national databases. + Track and report on replies and communicationsfrom sourcing activities. + Build and produce property marketing campaignsthat include property information materials. This includes the design offlyers, property brochures, and proposals. + Develop and update targeted mailing lists. + Maintain and update marketing database systems,intranet, and 3rd party marketing websites, i.e., CoStar, LoopNet, AIR. + Collect and analyze data to identify and addresssophisticated problems. Mayrecommend new techniques. + Suggest improvements to processes to increasethe efficiency of the team objectives. + Assess and communicate difficult content in aconcise and logical way. Identify and respond to conflicting demands. + Comprehend instructions, communications, andmemos and ask questions to ensure comprehension, write routine reports andcorrespondence What Youu2019ll Need: + High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Real Estate Salesperson license required. + A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Internet research and web publishing skills. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. The minimum salary for the Client Services Specialist position is $31.25 hourly and the maximum salary for the Client Services Specialist position is $33.65 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
