Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) u2013 Clinic-Based Location: Oceanside, CA Pay: $25 u2013 $32/hour About the Opportunity Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a growing, mission-driven ABA therapy provider launching a new clinic in the Oceanside area. This organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children with autism while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. This is a clinic-based role with guaranteed hours , ideal for RBTs seeking stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to be part of a brand-new center. Key Responsibilities Direct Client Care + Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs + Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills + Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment Data Collection & Documentation + Accurately record session data and track client progress + Complete session notes in compliance with insurance requirements + Maintain organized and timely documentation Team Collaboration + Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure quality care + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., speech, OT, education) + Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Administrative Responsibilities + Maintain required certifications (RBT, CPR/First Aid, etc.) + Submit timesheets and documentation on time + Communicate professionally and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Qualifications + Active RBT certification (BACB) u2013 required + Minimum of a high school diploma (additional education preferred) + Experience working with individuals with autism or in an ABA setting + Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills + Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check Why Youu2019ll Love This Role + Clinic-based setting u2013 no in-home travel required + Opportunity for long-term placement / conversion to permanent + Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development + Be part of launching a new and growing clinic location Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
