Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing team delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment. Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $81-$88 . Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. The Clinical Nurse (RN) provides hands-on, evidence-based patient care in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. This role is responsible for the full nursing processu2014assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient/family educationu2014while collaborating across the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. What Youu2019ll Do + Deliver direct patient care and manage the full nursing process + Assess, interpret, and monitor patient data to guide care decisions + Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team + Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and prevention + Respond quickly to clinical changes and activate emergency protocols as needed + Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and best practices + Support team collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement + Utilize clinical systems for documentation, communication, and care coordination Requirements + Active California RN license + Current BLS (American Heart Association) + Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Effective communication skills Preferred + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Additional Details + Circulating RN for OR + 0630 start, 12-hour shifts, variable days Join a collaborative team where your clinical expertise and commitment to patient care make a meaningful impact every day.
