Description We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. u2022 Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports to support business decision-making. u2022 Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. u2022 Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. u2022 Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. u2022 Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and oversee the preparation and coordination of audits. u2022 Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. u2022 Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday to streamline financial processes. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Masteru2019s degree is a plus. u2022 A minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. u2022 Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards. u2022 Proficiency in month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial audits. u2022 Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday. u2022 Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across teams. u2022 Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
