Youu2019ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Weu2019ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together. u2022 Bachelors degree in construction or other equivalent degree, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of diplomau2022 At least 7 years of construction site experienceu2022 At least 7 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manageru2022 Experience with HVAC, fire protection piping systems, fire suppression systems, equipment installation, testing, flushing and turnover.u2022 Prior experience managing contractors.Ideally, youu2019ll also have:u2022 Pharma experienceu2022 Collaborate in planning, design, construction and commissioningu2022 Excellent communications skillsu2022 Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeamu2022 Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designersu2022 Participate and provide feedback on constructability reviews and interactive planning sessions (IAP)u2022 Lead client and construction meetings.u2022 Safety leader (JHAu2019s revision / daily signed off permits)u2022 QA field construction activitiesu2022 Turn over process including TOPu2019s, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.Physical requirements:u2022 Working extended hours to support field supervision and sometimes under extreme weather conditions.u2022 Stamina to walk large job sites, climb stairs or ladders and remain on your feet for extended periods.u2022 Ability to move around construction sites, including uneven terrain, scaffolding, or tight spaces.u2022 Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed to inspect work or access certain areas.u2022 Not always required but ability to lift moderate weights (up to 40lbs.) to move materials or equipment.u2022 Good vision is essential for reading blueprints, inspecting work, and ensuring safety compliance.u2022 Strong hearing in order to be fully aware of your surroundingsu2022 Manual dexterity to handle tools or equipment with precision and control for inspections and daily tasks.u2022 Good balance for navigating scaffolding, ladders, or temporary structures.u2022 Coordinating and managing multiple tasks and safety standards.#LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience#LI-SH1Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
