Job Title: Assembly Line Worker - 1st or 2nd Shift Job Description Join a dynamic team environment where you will contribute to the assembly of small to mid-size snow blowers and lawnmowers. This fast-paced role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who thrive under deadlines. You will undergo a three-day orientation for training, but much of the learning will occur on the job, requiring you to meet assembly time requirements efficiently. Responsibilities + Gather and inspect parts such as frames, gearboxes, handles, augers, wheels, and engine mounts. + Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to assemble components including auger housings for snow blowers, deck assemblies for lawn mowers, and handlebar and control systems. + Verify alignment, torque specifications, and fit to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Follow standard work instructions and maintain accurate records of completed assemblies. + Wear PPE and adhere to safety protocols during assembly and equipment operation. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. Essential Skills + Experience with hand tools and assembly line work is preferred. + Ability to stand and/or walk for 8u201310 hours continuously. + Manual dexterity for positioning parts, performing fine manipulation, and repetitive motions. + Capacity to lift up to 35 lbs frequently. + Experience in mechanical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior assembly or blueprint experience is preferred. + Experience in shop classes, woodworking, or personal assembly projects. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without getting overly stressed. Work Environment Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM for 2nd shift, on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.
