Description We are looking for a motivated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The role involves coordinating talent acquisition efforts, maintaining employee records, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities: + Coordinate and manage multiple calendars in collaboration with internal administrative staff. + Assist in creating itineraries and work with the travel team to organize travel schedules. + Draft and post job descriptions to attract candidates with relevant experience. + Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. + Provide timely updates to candidates and track their progress using internal systems. + Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. + Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition is preferred. + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
