Medical Assembler - IMMEDIATE HIRING

Job Title: Medical Assembler Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Medical Assemblers. You will begin in the coiling department within a cleanroom environment, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. This role involves working with coil winding machines and microscopes to craft essential components for medical products. Responsibilities + Operate coil winding machines to wrap coils around spindles for medical assembly processes. + Utilize microscopes to inspect and manipulate wires as needed. + Engage in various assembly processes, including molding, CEA assembly, laser welding, and implantable housings. + Inspect and deburr parts using tools like pliers, filers, and knives. + Work with small hand tools and machines to assemble medical components. + Adhere to written work instructions and maintain a cleanroom environment. + Perform duties in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom areas, adjusting to varying noise levels and conditions. Essential Skills + Hand dexterity and attention to detail. + 4-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small part handling. + Experience with microscopes and cleanroom protocols. + Familiarity with laser welding, coil winding, and medical device assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mechanical inclination for working with machines. + Experience in sewing or activities requiring fine motor skills is beneficial. + Adaptability and openness to cross-training. + Comfortable with extended periods of sitting or standing.
