Available Shifts + 6:00 AM u2013 2:00 PM Mondayu2013Friday + 5:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM Sundayu2013Wednesday + 5:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM Wednesdayu2013Saturday Position Overview As a Machine Operator, you will set up, run, and monitor extrusion and wireu2011manufacturing equipment to ensure materials are produced accurately, safely, and to specification. Youu2019ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards and keeping production running smoothly. What Youu2019ll Do + Set up and operate extrusion and wireu2011manufacturing machines with precision. + Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed. + Follow production specifications, procedures, and safety guidelines. + Perform inu2011process inspections to identify defects or irregularities. + Mix raw materials according to instructions and complete required batches. + Log production data accurately into the system. + Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment. What You Bring + Experience operating production machinery. + Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. + Ability to perform basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals). + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to make sound decisions regarding machine setup and product quality. Physical Requirements + Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. + Ability to visually identify small defects and color variations. + Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. + Use of hands and fingers for handling, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
