Job Title: Aseptic Technician - 3rd Shift Job Description We are seeking an attentive and dedicated Aseptic Technician to join our team. The role involves washing glassware and medical components, performing aseptic cleaning and packaging of products, and maintaining aseptic samples in an ISO-6 & 7 cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to GMP standards while executing tasks with precision and accuracy. Responsibilities + Wash glassware and medical components using designated equipment. + Work in an ISO-6 & 7 cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE. + Perform aseptic cleaning and packaging of products. + Maintain aseptic samples and ensure GMP compliance. + Monitor process systems and equipment for proper operation. + Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks; assist maintenance team as needed. + Participate in safety committees and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. + Accurately complete required documentation for all tasks. + Clean, sanitize, and disinfect workstations before and after use. + Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. + Adapt to different processes depending on the client/project requirements. Essential Skills + Aseptic technique and sterilization expertise. + Experience in laboratory and cleanroom environments. + Industry experience of 1-2 years in pharmaceutical, CGMP, and sterile processing. + Good documentation practices and understanding of GMP. + Basic computer skills for use with internal databases. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Punctuality, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. + Interest in long-term growth within the company. Work Environment The role requires working in ISO level 6 & 7 cleanrooms, with gowning for 6-10 hours at a time, including breaks. The position is scheduled for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
