LPN/LVN School Trach

The LPN/LVN Tracheostomy School Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, student-centered nursing care within the school environment. This role involves applying the nursing process to support students with tracheostomies and other complex medical needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the school day. The nurse will provide care in alignment with physician orders, school district protocols, and Amergis Healthcareu2019s standards, policies, and values. This position requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
