This handsu2011on role supports production and ensures parts meet quality standards in a fastu2011paced shop environment. Key Responsibilities + Sand, grind, polish, and deburr parts to spec + Operate grinders, sanders, drills, and hand tools + Inspect finished surfaces for defects + Follow work instructions and safety procedures + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Assist with general shop labor as needed Essential Skills + 1+ year manufacturing grinding or production experience + Experience with deburring and polishing + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs + Strong attention to detail , reliability , and work ethic Preferred Qualifications + Prior grinder operator or shop labor experience + Comfortable working with metal and nonu2011metal materials + Willingness to learn new tools and processes Why Join Us? + Limited spots available + Benefits after contract period + 401(k) with 50% match up to 3% + Stable hours with growth opportunities ?
