summary: Loss Prevention Associate Location: Greer, SC Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Position Overview ProLogistix is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate to support warehouse safety and security operations in Greer, SC. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure environment through active monitoring, access control, and routine patrols. The Loss Prevention Associate also serves as a primary responder to onsite incidents, providing immediate assistance during equipment failures or workplace injuries until medical or maintenance personnel arrive. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with established procedures Verify credentials, enforce visitor management protocols, and maintain accurate access records Maintain vigilance over assigned posts, alarm systems, surveillance, and access control platforms Identify, report, and assist in mitigating safety hazards and security concerns Utilize security technologies, including alarm monitoring and access control systems Monitor fire alarm panels and respond according to emergency protocols Conduct regular patrols and maintain familiarity with building and campus layouts Prepare clear, accurate, and objective incident reports Take immediate and appropriate action in unsafe or high-risk situations Communicate effectively via radio using established communication procedures Provide professional and courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors Calmly and professionally de-escalate disputes or disruptive behavior Participate in required safety, compliance, and skills-based training, including SLED Basics and Fire Extinguisher Training Conduct and document weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections of safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, AEDs, eyewash stations, and spill kits Ensure first aid kits are accessible and properly stocked Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to remain alert, composed, and responsive in a dynamic warehouse environment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, and remain on the ground as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and perform team lifts for heavier loads or patients Ability to perform effective CPR chest compressions (2 inches deep at 100–120 per minute) Maintain physical endurance for multiple CPR cycles (often 2–5+ minutes) Use upper body strength repeatedly and position equipment or individuals when necessary Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly during emergency situations required-skills: -Weekly Pay -Medical, Dental Benefits available - Referral Bonuses Available Apply today at
