Weu2019re looking for a Product Owner to lead themodernization of our shop capabilities - the systems include ITAu2019s BBX andShopping API. This role will own the strategy and execution of technologyroadmaps that align with Deltau2019s broader retailing goals and flight offerstrategies. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset and thrives in navigatingcomplex, cross-functional environments. Theyu2019ll own the full product lifecycle -from vision to delivery - and lead the development of scalable, integratedsolutions that power DLu2019s end-to-end flight offer capabilities. KeyResponsibilities + Serve as Product Owner for Agile development teams. + Define and drive the vision for Deltau2019s Shop capabilities and maintain a clear,actionable product roadmap. + Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and prioritizework based on business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. + Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors likeGoogle ITA, to ensure smooth execution across systems and channels. + Work cross-functionally to align backend capabilities with customer-facingexperiences, ensuring consistency across Deltau2019s digital and agent-assistedchannels. + Collaborate with related product teams to identify and manage dependencies,drive cohesion, and promote scalable system design. + Engage deeply with engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically soundand aligned with business goals. + Represent Deltau2019s interests in internal forums and external industryconversations, including IATA and ATPCO, when relevant. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Demonstrated ability to manage complex systems andprocesses. + Experience turning business goals into technical deliverables and productroadmaps. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business andtechnical teams. + Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functionalenvironment. + Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. + Proven track record of holding teams accountable in a collaborative, respectfulway. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personaldata. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Bacheloru2019sdegree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. + 2+ years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment. + Experience working with airline technology systems, especially in fare andoffer management. + Familiarity with enterprise design systems and scalable backend components. + Prior collaboration with airline industry groups such as IATA or ATPCO, orpartners like Google ITA. + Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Product Owner.
