As a member of the Equipment Reliability team, you will lead enterprise wide reliability solutions for centrifugal compressors, screw type compressors, and large gearboxes. You will analyze performance, develop models to improve reliability and lifecycle outcomes, and establish engineering and procurement standards. The role includes providing technical support for operational issues, managing multiple priorities, and resolving cross functional challenges. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert, mentoring and training teams to strengthen reliability practices, while applying industry standards such as API 617 to update company policies and guidance. You will own the full lifecycle support of the enterprise Centrifugal Compressor Program and represent the organization through participation in relevant industry groups and committees. Responsibilities/Expectations: + Performs sophisticated technical tasks and leads teams in projects of major scope and complexity + Participates in the development and implementation of technical standards and specifications + Interprets technological aspects of business and coordinates with leaders to ensure success + Prepares and delivers presentations to a diverse audience of technical teams and executive leadership + Applies expertise, knowledge and experience from projects that positively impacts earnings + Collaborate s with others to ensure compliance, build s improvement plans and provide s training + Analyzes equipm ent performance and provides recommendations to improve reliability + Handles resources requirements for projects + Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: + Required: Bacheloru2019s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry Other Requirements: + Able to work on engineering specialties covering more than one subject area + Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills + Preferred: PE Certification + Preferred: Project Management experience + Preferred: Experience with CMMS (Maximo), SQL, Power BI, Python, and PI Vision About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of
