Company description Publicis Media UNIT3C is a social marketing and dynamic content center of excellence, specializing in connecting brands to consumers in real-time, social environments. Overview The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and carrying out campaigns for an assigned client/clients. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Specialists. Campaign Managers train Campaign Specialists on client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on standards related to client communication. The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. Campaign Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute. Responsibilities u2022 Plan, implement, manage, and optimize programmatic media campaigns for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or LinkedIn promotions) both independently, and in support of senior members of the team while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations u2022 Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to Optimedia guidelines throughout the full digital campaign life-cycle u2022 Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in teamu2019s shared document repository u2022 Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns u2022 Strategic oversight of large accounts and client relationships u2022 Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service u2022 Traffic campaign tags into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social API technology, or other ad technology environments u2022 Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance u2022 Formulate proposals for new client opportunities u2022 Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch u2022 Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation u2022 Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities u2022 Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation u2022 Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns u2022 Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable u2022 Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating Campaign Managers and Campaign Specialists, helping to support campaigns u2022 Attend client meetings, as needed u2022 Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to ensure standard processes are used across Optimedia Qualifications u2022 Four-year college degree u2022 Must have 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations u2022 Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues u2022 Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements Page 2 of 2 u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions u2022 Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills u2022 Excellent communication and writing skills u2022 Strong project management skills u2022 Strong desire to contribute to a team Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto u201cViva La Diffu00e9renceu201d means weu2019re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $50,065 - $66,360.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
