You will be at the forefront of executing analysesu00a0and publishing reports,u00a0utilizingu00a0CHIA's rich data sources tou00a0extractu00a0crucial insights that will directly shape health care policies and initiatives.u00a0u00a0 + Lead Strategic Project Management:Take charge of organizational excellence by crafting and overseeing work plans. In this role, you will ensure that projects are executed successfully within defined timelines while adhering to streamlined and efficient processes.u00a0u00a0 + Empower Collaborative Teams:Supportu00a0team membersu00a0in creating, planning, and delivering high-value analytic products. Your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy will play a crucial part in upholding the integrity of our data and analyses.u00a0u00a0 Here are the important qualifications we are looking for:u00a0u00a0 + Data Analytics and Strategy Expertise:u00a0Demonstratedu00a0proficiencyu00a0in data management and analysis, including organizing complex datasets, performing analyses, implementing quality assurance protocols, and documenting analytic processes. Experience with tools such as Excel, R, SAS, or SQL isu00a0required. Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization is preferred but not mandatory.u00a0 + Health Careu00a0Domainu00a0Knowledge:u00a0Working understanding of the U.S. health care system and health policy environment. Experience with Massachusetts health policyu00a0ecosystemu00a0and/or health care claims data is preferred.u00a0 + Effective Communication:u00a0Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling insights. Proven ability to interpret data and effectively communicate findings to both technical andu00a0nonu2011technicalu00a0audiences.u00a0 + Educational Foundation:u00a0Bacheloru2019s degree in social sciences, public policy, public health, or quantitative fieldrequired;advanced degree in healthu00a0care policy, healthu00a0services research,u00a0health data analytics, or relatedfieldpreferred.u00a0 + Optionalu00a0Advanced knowledge:u00a0Analyst IIIu00a0candidatesu00a0willu00a0have a working knowledge of relevant health policy topics such as total cost of care measurement, insurance coverage and costs, quality alignment and measurement, the prescription drug supply chain, dental services, and/or experience with health care claims and enrollment data.u00a0 Minimum Entrance Requirements:u00a0u00a0 Analyst Iu00a0 Applicants must have at least (A) two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time professional experience in business administration, health care planning or administration, public health policy or administration, human services policy analysis or administration or economics, the major duties of which included financial analysis of costs, expenses and revenue and/or the development, implementation and monitoring of financial reimbursement systems, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below.u00a0u00a0 Substitutions:u00a0u00a0 I.A Bachelor's or higher degree with a major in health care administration, hospital administration, public health or health services administration, accounting, business administration, businessu00a0management, public policy, publicu00a0administrationu00a0or economics may be substituted for the required experience.u00a0u00a0 Analyst IIu00a0 Applicant must have at least (A) three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time professional experience in business administration, finance, accounting, health care planning or administration, public health policy or administration, human services policy analyses or administration, economics, or a similar field; or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below.u00a0u00a0 Substitutions:u00a0u00a0 I.
