Must be skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.u00a0 + Able to understandu00a0new technologyu00a0platforms quickly.u00a0u00a0 + Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.u00a0 + Hands onu00a0personalu00a0approach to customer service.
