Location u2013 Onsite (Pennsylvania) Job Type: Contractor, 40 hours/week (US EST) Role Scope: US & Canada Personnel Support Key Responsibilities u2022 Hardware Provisioning: Prepare, configure, and test new and replacement desktop and laptop hardware (PC-based) for deployment. u2022 Imaging & Deployment: Utilize enterprise deployment tools to image devices with standardized corporate builds. u2022 Software Configuration: Install and configure essential productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and specialized security applications. u2022 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate tracking of hardware assets for the US and Canada regions using asset management systems. u2022 Quality Assurance: Perform post-imaging checks to ensure all peripherals, network connectivity (VPN/Wi-Fi), and BIOS settings meet company standards. u2022 Logistics Support: Coordinate the packaging and shipping of prepared devices to remote personnel across North America.
