Equitable is seeking a dynamic and influential Life Sales Desk Manager to join our team. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on direction for all aspects of the Life Sales Desk, a core function responsible for driving life insurance sales and meeting critical sales objectives. The Life Sales Desk Manager will lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional outbound sales support and solutions to Financial Professionals (FPs) across multiple sales channels. This position plays a key role in strengthening distribution relationships, advancing sales effectiveness, and supporting the broader sales organization. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an onu2013site presence of 2u20133 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Responsibilities Enhance the quality and effectiveness of Life Sales Desk efforts to deliver exceptional outbound sales activity and comprehensive support to Financial Professionals across multiple sales channels Cultivate strong relationships between Equitable Distributors Life distribution and Financial Professionals by consistently exceeding FP expectations and adding value on every interaction Maintain high service levels while fostering superior performance standards across the Sales Desk team Support the external sales force management team and assist Financial Professionals throughout all stages of the sales process Drive consistency, accountability, and alignment with sales objectives and organizational priorities The base salary for this position is $100,000.
