JOB REQUIREMENTS: EHS Manager Reporting to the Head of EHS andSustainability, the EHS Manager is responsible for developing,implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety programswithin operations. This role ensures compliance with all relevantregulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO certifications(ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001). The EHS Manager will leadinitiatives to reduce workplace hazards, enhance safety culture, promotesustainability, and achieve continuous improvement in EHS performance.This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teamsto ensure the successful execution of EHS strategies. This will beachieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHScertifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, workinstructions, and required documentation. Responsibilities: Site EHSLeadership Ensure operational alignment with HellermannTytons's OIMSframework, compliance with NA EHS Policies, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, andISO 50001 standards, as well as regulations. Support site-specific EHSannual objectives, targets, and KPIs to drive facility performanceimprovements in EHS, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Guideplant management on EHS initiatives, ensuring alignment withHellermannTyton's long-term goals of Zero Harm, continuous improvement,and environmental stewardship. Ensure completion of risk managementprocesses, including risk assessments, hazard analysis (HAZOP), jobsafety analyses (JSA), and control of work (CoW) processes. IncidentManagement and Root Cause Analysis Lead investigations of all incidents,near misses, and environmental releases, ensuring that a thorough rootcause analysis is conducted and that corrective and preventive actionsare implemented. Oversee and manage the reporting of incidents inaccordance with HellermannTyton's incident management protocols,ensuring all regulatory and corporate notifications are timely andcomplete. Develop lessons learned materials and facilitateknowledge-sharing sessions to prevent recurrence of incidents, embeddinga culture of safety and accountability at all levels. EHS ContinuousImprovement & Auditing Drive continuous improvement initiatives byconducting regular safety audits, management reviews, and inspections,ensuring that the site remains in full compliance withHellermannTyton's OIMS, regulatory requirements, and industry bestpractices. Lead EHS self-assessments and external audits, ensuring thatgaps are identified, action plans are developed, and improvements areimplemented. Utilize leading and lagging indicators to assess EHSperformance, report trends to senior management, and support data-drivenrecommendations for improvement.
