Global Industrial - DeliveringValue Starts Here Key Responsibilities Complete Merchandisingtraining program to understand the roles and responsibilities ofCategory Management, Merchandise Operations, Digital Merchandising andPrivate Brands. Will report full time into a Director of CategoryManagement upon the completion of the training program. Responsible tolearn, execute and build proficiency in the fundamental tasks andworkflow for Category Management (sku set-up, vendor communication andfollow-up, coordinating NPI's and marketing promotions for thedivision, price reviews and sku matching, etc. Supports Manager withoverall business initiatives and tasks to achieve budgeted goals andinitiatives. Maintains strong, effective relationships with CategoryManagers, cross-functional teams and Vendors. Effectively works withcross-functional teams to execute business initiates through strongpartnership and communication Organizational skills and the abilityto multi-task is essential. Data analytics skills to begin to analyzethe business and understand trends, opportunities and issues.
