JOB REQUIREMENTS: Professional Services Group is a multi-servicecommunity-based social services organization that fulfills its missionof helping individuals and families achieve their greatest potentialthrough dynamic and innovative programming responsive to the needs ofdiverse communities. The Post-Doctoral Fellow is responsible forproviding a variety of clinical services including mental health therapyand psychological evaluations to consumers, both in an in-home/communitysetting and, in the clinic,/outpatient setting in several of PSG'sclinical locations including Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Washington,Jefferson, or Rock county. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR POST-DOCTORALFELLOW: Interview and evaluate individuals and/or families to completethe intake process. Provide assessments for therapeutic needs andprovide individual, family, and group counseling as needed. Providepsychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations. Exercise judgmentto intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisissituations and understand and respond to all client treatment needs.Regularly attend clinical supervision with one of PSG's licensedpsychologists Attend all needed staffing meetings and make appropriaterecommendations as requested. Attend court hearings and present clienttreatment progress or evaluation results and advocate for any additionalservices as needed. HOURS AND LOCATION: Hours are flexible withintypical business hours Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pM within ouroutpatient settings. Multiple locations available across SoutheasternWisconsin (Jefferson, Rock, Walworth, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenoshacounties). Previousexperience providing individual, family and group therapy as well asexperience providing psychological/neuropsychological evaluation isrequired. Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a validdriver's license and automobile insurance. Possession of an LPC orrelated training license is preferred.
