PositionOverview The Principal Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)Director will be responsible for setting strategy for HEOR evidencegeneration and value communication, describing, and delivering solutionsto a Diagnostic/Biotech audience. The individual in this role will beprincipal internal HEOR point of contact for evidence generation forExact Sciences products, developing and implementing US HEOR strategythrough personal research, consultants, and internal stakeholders. ThePrincipalHEOR Director will design and perform health economic andoutcome research projects and studies focusing on value, positioning,and unmet needs of Exact Sciences products to support best possiblemarket access. The PrincipalHEOR Director will be responsible for allaspects of effective project management, including RFP development,contract execution, protocol design, analytic plan development,oversight of data collection/acquisition, data analysis, and developmentof research findings into publications and into fieldresources/deliverables in alignment with brand and channel strategies.This position will lead in the initiation, development, implementation,and application of world-class health economics and outcomes researchanalytics and development of strategy across assigned Exact Sciencesmarketed products. The PrincipalHEOR Director will coordinate HEORstudies to align with Access Strategy, Marketing, Market Research andAnalytics, Pricing, Market Access Managers, Sales, and Medical Affairsand Development strategies. This is a technical position withproject-specific strategic responsibilities. This is a highlyindependent position sustained by the training, experience, and judgmentof the incumbent. The incumbent will have the ability to collaborateexternally and internally with the HEOR field team and Market Access forfield execution of strategic research initiatives.
