The Senior Director RCM Service Delivery will lead global teams delivering RCM Huron Managed Services (HMS) for our clients. This role is responsible for engaging with client leaders to effectively communicate HMSu2019 performance specifically, achieving KPI expectations, facilitate process change management, and educate leaders on HMSu2019 key deliverables. Additionally, this role will collaborate with internal leaders and executives to relay customer feedback and drive impactful changes through influence. Serving RCM HMS clients, the Senior Director Service Delivery, will focus on customer relationship management and satisfaction. They will leverage their industry expertise to develop strategic visions and operational tactics aimed at enhancing revenue cycle performance and delivering superior results. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: u2022 Portfolio Oversight: Manage the client portfolio, monitoring performance KPIs and ensuring expectations are met in accordance to contracts, with a focus on meeting engagement health metrics, achieving high client satisfaction, favorable Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and generating strong client references. u2022 Client Partnership: Partner with client leaders to align operational objectives with performance goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, leading in a fast-paced, high-growth environment u2022 Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project teams comply with industry regulations and Huronu2019s internal standards, maintaining accountability across vendor, coding, and centralized business functions. u2022 Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive, accountable, and innovative culture within HMS, implementing strategies that elevate employee engagement to meet industry benchmarks. u2022 Sales Support and Growth: Collaborate with sales leaders to support key client pursuits, and expand HMSu2019s client base, actively participating in client credentialing and reference coordination u2022 Product Differentiation and Innovation: Partner with leaders to create differentiated RC solutions that meet evolving client needs CORE QUALIFICATIONS: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree required. Masteru2019s degree preferred. u2022 Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management. u2022 Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate global teams. u2022 Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital and physician setting. u2022 Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. u2022 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. u2022 Limited travel required. u2022 Current permanent U.S. Work Authorization required. The estimated salary range for this job is $160,000- $215,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huronu2019s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huronu2019s pay for performance philosophy and Huronu2019s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
