Job Title: Operations Analyst, Workforce Optimization Job Description The Operations Analyst, Workforce Optimization serves as a senior technical lead for the UKG (Kronos) workforce management system. This role is responsible for system configuration, issue resolution, integrations, upgrades, and end-user support. Reporting to the Manager of Workforce Optimization, this position plays a key role in ensuring system stability, security, and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities + Act as a SME for UKG / Kronos workforce management systems. + Participate in system configuration, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. + Track, manage, and resolve system issues, enhancements, and projects. + Partner with UKG technical account managers and third-party vendors. + Maintain system access, security, roles, and configuration. + Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and Workforce teams on upgrades, patches, and testing. + Ensure accurate data synchronization across integrated systems. + Build, configure, test, and document workflows and system solutions. + Maintain system documentation and technical specifications. + Identify system defects and optimization opportunities. + Provide end-user support via ticketing systems and direct support. + Perform system audits and proactive outreach to users. + Support payroll close activities as needed. + Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Needed + 5+ years of workforce management system support experience. + Hands-on UKG / Kronos experience. + Strong system configuration and architecture experience. + Proven ability to manage system issues and projects. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent professional experience. + Experience supporting workforce systems in a healthcare environment is preferred. + Knowledge of human resources, reporting, analysis, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. + Familiarity with payroll processes, data entry, and planning. Work Environment This position operates in a healthcare setting, requiring collaboration with various departments, including HRIS, IT, and Workforce teams. The role involves working with UKG / Kronos systems, performing system audits, and providing end-user support. The work environment promotes continuous improvement and system stability, ensuring a secure and efficient workforce management system. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
