Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategiesand initiatives-ensure participation and compliance with initiatives Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage Establish measurable PDR Objectives and Developmental Actions forAdministrative Team Provides training and develops capability of Administrative Team. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary.
