Ask for our benefits guide for full details. Job Summary: The Investments & Cash Movement Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational investment activities of the Wealth Division. This position is responsible for executing and monitoring client investment instructions and cash movement requests, including trades, transfers, and liquidity management. Acting as a liaison between advisors, clients, custodians, and the internal trading team, the coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all transactions. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job descriptionu2019s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. u2022 Deliver investment instructions to the internal trading team based on Investment Officer and/or client direction. u2022 Monitor trade execution and confirm completion with appropriate documentation. u2022 Execute account-to-account transfers, ACHs, wires, and checks in accordance with client instructions and firm protocols. u2022 Coordinate the raising and investing of cash in client accounts to support distributions, bill payments, and other liquidity needs. u2022 Forecast and manage liquidity across client portfolios in collaboration with advisors. u2022 Monitor pending and completed transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. u2022 Manage private capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and valuation updates. u2022 Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of private investment transactions. u2022 Maintain system integrity by ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates across platforms. u2022 Respond to internal inquiries regarding cash availability, investment status, and transaction progress. u2022 Support onboarding and client transition teams with funding-related tasks during new account setup. u2022 Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution. Education and Experience: Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 2u20134 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment operations, cash management, or client service. Required Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading workflows, investment account types (e.g., IRAs, trusts, brokerage), custodial platforms, and private investment structures. High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to operational excellence and client service. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple outstanding items and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and financial or portfolio management software is a plus. Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None. Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
