Start YOUR career with DHL todayu2026 DHL Express USA is looking for a Commercial Program Manager that will be responsible for identifying, defining and implementing efficient sales processes, policies and procedures to support the sales force. A successful professional in this role will Manages and coordinates sales support activities including sales reporting information, market coverage data, and quota management and administration. Provides market intelligence, lead reporting and general analytics to the sales team. The professional that will thrive in this role will have the ability to review and compile internal and external market and industry research into summaries to be used by the sales force to improve performance. They will be key in facilitating communications and coordinating projects that may involve cross-departmental and/or cross functional team members. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Develops, implements, monitors and reports on tools and processes to support the sales force u00b7 Manage Sales Campaigns and Sales programs u00b7 Monitors and identifies current and potential issues that affect sales performance u00b7 Compiles and analyzes sales data u00b7 Prepare sales forecasts u00b7 Assists in the development of quotas u00b7 Prepare presentations for Senior leaders u00b7 Analyze changes in Sales territories geographies u00b7 May be responsible for entire projects or functions having modest scope/impact or portions of projects having considerable scope/impact to department, area, and, at times, business unit results u00b7 May oversee the completion of projects or assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. May contribute to employees' professional development u00b7 Supports ad hoc projects relating to the sales force u00b7 Performs data queries and generates sales reports as directed by the sales force or sales management u00b7 Creates email letters, brochures and collateral to be used by the sales force in support of customer acquisition and retention management u00b7 Maintains database of competitive pricing and other information u00b7 Responds to inquiries from sales force and customers u00b7 At higher levels, they may provide functional advice or training to less experience sales support positions Skills & Qualifications: u00b7 Intermediate-level professional contributor u00b7 Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline u00b7 Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point, any other business analytics tools are a plus u00b7 Minimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience in related field or MS/MA with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field u00b7 Professional certification is required in some areas Employee Benefits & Incentives DHL benefits and incentive offerings are designed to reflect a substantial experience for both employees and their dependents during their career and life journey.
