About the role We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Platforms and LMS Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in managing and enhancing our learning management systems (LMS) and digital platforms to deliver exceptional educational experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staging content, a solid understanding of Evolve and Intellum, and preferably, familiarity with Clixie or similar interactive content tools. In this role, you will: u2022Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders to stage and organize content effectively within the LMS. u2022Ensure that all content is accurately configured, tested, and optimized for user engagement and accessibility. u2022Monitor and update course materials to reflect on the latest changes and enhancements. u2022Managing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user account management, enrollment, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. u2022Implement and configure features in Evolve and Intellum to meet organizational needs. u2022Generate reports and analytics to measure performance, learner progress, and engagement. u2022Identify opportunities for improving the LMS user experience, workflows, and functionality. u2022Collaborate with the IT team and platform vendors to resolve technical issues and implement updates. u2022Stay up to date with LMS advancements and best practices to recommend innovative solutions. u2022Utilize Clixie or similar tools to create engaging, interactive multimedia content. u2022Work with subject matter experts to design and implement interactive elements that enhance learning outcomes. Location: Remote What you must have to be considered: u2022Bacheloru2019s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. u2022Proficiency in LMS platforms, with specific experience in Evolve or Intellum. u2022Demonstrated expertise in staging content and managing digital learning environments. u2022Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. u2022Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. u2022Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Salary and other Compensation Applications will be accepted until April 17, 2026. The annual salary range for this position is between $73,000.00 - $86,000.00, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s appliable plans.
