Community Rover & Maintenance Associate

Position Summary:We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Associate & Community Rover. This hybrid role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community while providing excellent service and visibility throughout the property. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a munity Rover Duties: Patrol community amenities, common areas, and grounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards Serve as a visible presence for residents and guests, offering assistance and addressing questions or concerns Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or rule violations Assist with opening/closing amenities as needed (pool areas, fitness center, clubhouse, etc.)Light Maintenance Duties: Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, basic plumbing fixes, and touch-up painting Maintain cleanliness of common areas including trash removal, pressure washing, and general upkeep Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and routine inspections Restock restrooms toiletriesQualifications: Previous maintenance, facilities, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of tools and general repair work Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidaysPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable being active throughout the shiftSchedule & Compensation: $25/hr-Hourly position 4:00pm - 11:00am, 5 days a weekWhy Join Us?
