Description Senior Billing Coordinator ~Law Firm Washington, D.C. hybrid $115k, great benefits, excellent work-life balance My client is a well-established Law Firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with a need for a Senior Billing Coordinator who will report directly to the Director of Billing and will be tasked with preparing client invoices, reconciling accounts, processing invoices using 3E system and assisting with collections and accounts receivables. Billing Coordinators with 3E experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties: u2022 Prepare and distribute weekly, quarterly, and year-end reports for clients in 3E u2022 Apply firm and client-specific billing guidelines, ensure matter engagement letter compliance u2022 Effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, secretaries, and clients in a decentralized billing environment. u2022 Manage client invoicing and regular collections activities including the generation of accounts receivable reports monthly and reconciliations u2022 Assist with reviewing and verifying the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required u2022 Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems u2022 Create new billing formats as needed u2022 Preparing Electronic billing, assisting with maintaining the ebilling All interested candidates in this Billing Coordinator and other full-time permanent opportunities across the D.C. area please send your resume to Justin Decker via LinkedIn.
