Succeed. #BeHere Position Details Location: Mostly remote.Would need to be onsite for Joint Commission audits - location variesbut includes: Milwaukee, WI; Menomonee Falls, WI; West Bend, WI FTE:1.000 Standard Hours: 40 Shift: 1 Experience in credentialing andprivileding highly preferred Job Summary: The Medical Staff ServicesSupervisor provides strategic oversight of credentialing operations andsupervises MSS credentialing and privileging personnel. This leadershiprole ensures regulatory compliance, optimizes workflow efficiency, anddrives performance through effective resource management and staffdevelopment initiatives. The Supervisor is responsible for workforceplanning, setting clear operational expectations, and aligning teamefforts with organizational goals. Collaborating closely with Manager,Credentialing, Privileging, and Enrollment, this role manages key humanresources functions including talent acquisition, performancemanagement, and corrective action planning. Additionally, the Supervisorleads process improvement projects, supports change management efforts,and serves as operational backup to ensure continuity and high-qualityservice delivery. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 4 years ofprogressively responsible experience in a health care setting isrequired. In lieu of experience a Bachelor's Degree plus 1 yearexperience in health care setting will be considered. Supervisoryexperience is preferred. Experience in coaching, mentoring and use ofinterpersonal skills is preferred. 3-5 years of credentialing and/orMedical Staff Office experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree ispreferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Skill in planning, organizing,delegating and supervising. Strong written and verbal communicationskills. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment,decision making and problem solving expertise. Knowledge of medicalterminology. Demonstrated knowledge in other applications and toolsrelated to medical staff credentialing. Proficient in Microsoft pensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to bebetween: (expressed as hourly) $26.56 - $45.44. Final compensation isbased on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiterduring the interview process.
