External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Your Role: As a Planning and Scheduling Specialist in Milwaukee, WI,will be responsible for reviewing demand plans at a global and locallevel, including adjusting forecast and safety stock parameters andworks with the sales group to incorporate customer demands into theplanning systems. Job duties include: Build operational schedulesbased on throughput, customer service, and all other company and/ordepartmental goals Work closely with project managers, sales,marketing, and other production/purchasing planners to maintain andmonitor the Planning and Scheduling of your area in SAP and relatedplanning system to ensure scheduled are optimized to achieve corporatebusiness objectives Facilitate process improvement initiatives toimprove customer service, increase productivity, eliminate waste, andstreamline processes in production Analyze planned orders,requirements, and system designs for global supply chain impact, andconvert planned orders to production process orders as necessary Develop SAP generated reports various performance measures to identifyopportunities for refinement of strategies, process improvement, andtesting Work with global planning teams as needed to ensure planningdesigns and requirements are coordinated across the entire supply chain Analyze inventory and forecast status to enhance customer service,and evaluate, test, recommend, and implement changes to improve service,cycle time, throughput, and inventory levels. Maintain and audit keySAP planning master data, including, lot size, lead time, MRPcontrollers, special procurement keys, schedule margin key andpurchasing type Develop excellent understanding of complex processesfrom beginning to end and all steps in detail to perform troubleshooting and process improvement successfully Who You Are: MinimumQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management,Finance, or other business discipline OR Mathematics 2+ years ofexperience in supply chain management, Chemistry, or other BusinessField OR High School Diploma or GED 4 + years of experience insupply chain management, Chemistry, or other Business Field PreferredQualifications Basic scheduling techniques and material requirementsplanning knowledge Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access LotusNotes, etc.) ISO standards (in relation to preparing documents) Certification from APICs or IBF RSREMD Pay Range for this position:$60,900.00 - $106,800,00 The offer range represents the anticipatedlow and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. Theactual compensation offered will be determined by factors such aslocation, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-relatedfactors.
