Monetization Integrity Strategist (BD WA)

Responsibilitiesu00a0Support management in the development of monetization integrity processes and policies through analysis and research, driving healthy and sustainable business growth.u00a0Review and synthesize regulatory and public policy developments, industry best practices and competitor benchmarks to provide insights and strategic direction to support business integrity and safety.u00a0Develop metrics and strategies to identify business risks and revenue opportunities, and document issues and pain points.u00a0Analyze collected data and collaborate with internal teams to design solutions in critical areas such as advertiser verification, actor integrity, account suspensions and enforcement quality.u00a0Track and evaluate the performance of business integrity projects and initiatives.u00a0Prepare and present reports about project effectiveness to internal leadership and make recommendations to optimize operations and enhance platform safety.u00a0u00a0Qualificationsu00a0Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Management, Public Policy, Risk Management, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Management, Public Policy, Risku00a0Management, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.u00a0u00a0Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:u00a0Using SQL, Python, and R to perform analysis of large datasets to define key metrics; and using Tableau to generate data visualizations;u00a0Delivering business presentations with business applications, including Pivot Tables in Excel and PowerPoint, to influence product strategies;u00a0Conducting industry and competitor research on industry trends, competitors' behaviors, and/or new product solution opportunities to aid leadership in making decisions on product directions;u00a0Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel to generate business insights and inform future strategy; andu00a0Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome.u00a0u00a0Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 15%.u00a0u00a0Type: Full time, 40 hours/weeku00a0Location: Bellevue, WAu00a0Salary Range: $110822 - $154280 per yearu00a0u00a0To apply, and for information on benefits offered, visit: and type Job ID A02834A in search bar.
