Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Respiratory Care AdministrationSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:Under the direction of the Director of Respiratory Care and the Medical Director of Respiratory Care, the Manager of Respiratory Care develops and implements plans for the comprehensive management of respiratory care for patients throughout the hospital, including transport services. Responsibilities include personnel management for Respiratory Care Department staff, including staff development and education, performance improvement initiatives, and clinical and administrative oversight, including participation in administrative call. Education: Bachelor's degree is required Experience: 3+ years of pediatric , general care and critical care experience required. Prior NICU or PICU experience may be required based on unit assignment.
