Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated GMP quality technician to join our team, focusing on inspecting coffee beans. The role involves overseeing the quality control process for coffee that is roasted in-house, ensuring the highest standards are met both pre and post roast. Responsibilities + Inspect coffee beans for color, taste, smell, texture, and packaging. + Ensure all labels, brands, and seals meet quality standards. + Work on the production floor in the quality control area. Essential Skills + Experience in production and organizing workflows. + Proficiency in quality checks and quality inspection. + Strong GMP knowledge or experience. + At least 2 years of manufacturing or GMP inspection experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
