Description If youu2019re passionate about a career in Wealth Management, Citizens Securities, Inc. is hiring for the Investment Assistant II role. Citizens Securities, Inc. is a high-quality investment services provider, focused on helping clients reach their short- and long-term financial goals, while growing market shares in the states in which we currently operate. In this position you will receive training materials, coaching, and dedicated time and support to successfully pass your Series 7 and 66 exams. The Investment Assistant II works closely with the assigned Wealth Advisor(s) to maximize revenue production by serving as the primary liaison between operations and internal departments, promptly responding to all client service requests, client appointment scheduling and preparation, and audit preparation while adhering to all FINRA, CCOIS, CFG and state securities regulations on a daily basis. You are responsible for the new account opening process, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy. You will occasionally be responsible for selected marketing activities including contacting the assigned Wealth Advisoru2019s book of business to solidify relationships, coordinating all prospecting and follow-up efforts (telemarketing), serving as the client liaison for affiliated companies, assisting in coordinating client seminars, following up on referrals received from business partners, and providing sales activity reporting. Travel within assigned geographic location may be required. Primary responsibilities include u2022Serve as liaison between clients, Wealth Advisor(s), and internal departments u2022Complete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clients u2022Schedule/confirm client appointments u2022Submit cases into workflow and follow through to funding u2022Manage CRM and pipeline entry u2022Sustain expertise on operational processes and systems Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required Qualifications u2022High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant financial services industry ideally with wealth management experience u2022Minimum of 2 of the following Life, Accident, & Health (LAH); 6; 7; 63; 65; and/or SIE licenses. u2022Ability to remaining 2 required licensures within a specified timeframe. u2022Strong verbal and written communication skills. u2022Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022Proven track record of collaboration and relationship-building across teams and business partners. u2022High level of personal integrity, initiative, adaptability, and openness to change. Preferred Qualifications u2022Completed Associates and/or Bacheloru2019s degree in a business-related field. u2022Understanding of wealth management services. u2022Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce u2022Demonstrated successful stable work history. Hours & Work Schedule u2022Hours per Week: 40 u2022Work Schedule: M-F Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $25-$26.50/per hour, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
