The Solutions Specialist, Data Analytics supports end-to-end analytics and reporting solution activities by building Power BI reports and thin datasets connected to enterprise semantic models. This role handles lower-complexity requests, supports DevOps intake, and delivers minor enhancements to existing solutions. The Specialist partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and timely delivery of reporting solutions while continuing to build business and technical expertise. Your role: + Solution Delivery and Execution Support analytics and reporting solutions from initial intake through deployment, including building Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps using certified enterprise semantic models. Develop thin datasets connected to trusted data sources, deliver shortu2011turnaround reporting with high accuracy, independently manage loweru2011complexity requests, and support minor enhancements while escalating more complex design or architectural decisions as needed. + Data Analysis, Validation, and Governance Support Perform data validation and analysis using SQL to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs. Ensure all reports adhere to established data governance, security, and visualization standards, while supporting data integrations and reporting workflows under guidance to maintain consistency across the analytics ecosystem. + Testing, DevOps, and Release Support Support new DevOps tickets with guidance, participate in backlog refinement and task tracking, and execute functional and regression testing to ensure solution quality. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, support issue resolution, and maintain clear documentation for deployed reports, datasets, and related processes. + Documentation and Process Enablement Assist in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and technical details for reporting solutions. Maintain up-to-date documentation for deployed assets to support knowledge sharing, ongoing maintenance, and smoother transitions between development and support activities. + Stakeholder Engagement and Growth Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs, provide progress updates, and support demo preparation. Gather postu2011launch feedback to drive continuous improvement, while steadily building business domain knowledge and strengthening technical skills under supervision. You're the right fit if: + Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. + Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboards, reporting, and data models. Experience working with analytics solutions and data-driven applications. Familiarity with delivery and backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar preferred. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred. + Certified LEAN Basic, Data Analytics, Project Management preferred. + Experience supporting analytics or reporting solutions, ability to translate business requirements into functional deliverables, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills required. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The annual pay range for this position in Nashville is $68,000 to $107,000. The annual pay range for this position in Cambridge is $76,000 to $120,000. This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
